OK, Bundu may be Richard's favourite biltong, but who is Richard?

Richard is our company's founder and a true connoisseur of meat snacks.  His first taste of Biltong was courtesy of his Kenyan friend Simon who shared one of his home made batches but it was whilst travelling in South Africa that he really fell in love with the meaty delicacy.  On returning to Britain, Richard searched to find Biltong that was just like that he had enjoyed in South Africa, but he wasn't able to; this led to Richard on a journey that resulted in Bundu!
